ChimDingo hopes to dabble in some small scale property renovation & construction in the future.

ChimDingo also has some remote beach property in Panama where they’d like to establish a residence, a business & an orphanage once clear title is received.

Mexican Architect - I have an extremely talented Mexican friend Lenin, who is an architect & illustrator, who I stayed with when volunteering in Acapulco. Lenin specialises in all aspects of architectural design from conception to approved plans for new construction or refurbishments to private dwellings & retail developments, procurement of materials & trades-people & turn-key (end to end) onsite project management of building contractors ensuring quality & delivery to standards, specifications & client satisfaction. Developments on hillsides & aesthetic swimming pool & entertainment areas are a specialty.
